Registration Process

If you would like to use our before, after or holiday club, you will need to be registered with us. 

Please contact us to secure your place.  Once your place is secured, the registration forms will need to be completed and returned to us prior to your child starting.  If you are wanting an immediate start, a booking form will also need to completed, you will find these on our booking form page.  

Registration to use our service is FREE! however, if you require us to print and post/deliver registration forms there is a £5 administration fee.
